- Guideline LPX Nymph
The LPX Nymph from Guideline are ultra-light fly rods with fantastic balance and a very low swing weight. These models combine high quality materials and excellent features for modern Euro nymph fishing. The Guideline LPX Nymph is packed with high-end features and components that will satisfy even the most demanding Euro nymph anglers. Thanks to Guideline's advanced C.A.P M4.0 blank construction technology, these rods are incredibly lightweight and have action that takes nymph rods to the next level. The action and recovery of the LPX Nymph Blanks is of the highest level, fast and stiff, with no vibration and great stability in all directions. This provides high precision when casting and gives the good feeling of being connected to the whole rod. The attractive properties of the medium-fast blanks are complemented by many features that testify to the practice-oriented expertise Guidelines. These include the selection and arrangement of the rings or the use of a down-locking reel seat and a small Fighting Butt, which contributes to better balance. We were also impressed by the surface of the unsanded Nymph blank, which allows water to roll off quickly and thus ensures that even thin mono lines do not stick to the blank. This allows fishing with small, light nymphs, even on wet days!

The four 99 models with a length of 3.02 m (9.9 ft) represent a new approach from Guideline. A combination of versatility for fishing dry flies, nymphs, Euro nymphs and lighter streamers, plus an extended reach that allows for better drift control. In addition to optimized contact with the fly and the ability to form very tight loops, the LPX Tactical 99 has the advantage of allowing you to better control the height of your cast and leave bushes and high banks behind. However, the 3.02m of the Tactical 99 also ensures that you can use the rod for Euro nymphing. This is truly an ingenious development that makes it possible to do all modern types of fly fishing on the stream with one rod!
